I like = that's exactly what I am looking for was even thinking a stainless Tikka except just yesterday I found a brand new blued synthetic stocked Rem model 7 in 308 Win for $629.00 that would work.

I have either a Leupold VX2 2-7x33mm or a Leupold Compact 3-9x33mm LR retical scopes that I would mount butt stock unless one of MDT's stocks would work would be a Magpul CTR

If I remember correctly, I'd say right around the $1600-$1700 mark without the scope. The only part that I bought new for the build was the IBI barrel. All of the other parts were bought used on the EE over the past little while.

I walked in at appr 10am they had one in stock was able to check it out.

Overall I'm impressed its not my favorite butt stock design the recoil pad is hard plastic.

It would have come home with me except I had forgotten my wallet at home where I hide it at night so I put it on hold.

I'm heading back tonight to pick it up...

Then over to my brothers to pick up 100 once fired 308 Win brass...

I can confirm they are now because its home and I just mounted my Leupold Compact 3-9x33mm LR reticle scope onto it with Leupold PRW rings.

Took the picture at Cabelas when I was picking it up tonight.

I'm guessing MDT chassis the pistol grip and butt stock are Magpul.

It came with a 10 round 308 Win plastic mag looks like the 5 round MDT plastic mag I already had = that is my 5 round mag in the rifle in the picture.

I bought a box of 20 Rem 150gr Core-Lok I'll try zeroing it in tomorrow morning when I run my dogs up the local mtn.
