I understand that AR's of various forms are outselling bolt and levers by a very wide margin. Nobody wants a bolt rifle unless it is a PRS style and then Remington has such a poor quality rep that nobody will buy them for the actions.

I was gonna say, rem700 has arguably the finest (off the line) action around, comparable to a rifle 2x the price IMO.
