Requirements to change Tavor caliber?

I don't think the pencil barrel on the Tavor is big enough to be bored out to 30 cal anyways. I am thinking a heavy match stainless fluted barrel with integrated flash hider as well.

You could very well be right. I think a stainless steel match barrel is the way to go. Cerakoted black, of course.

It's more complicated than that, because you'd have to cannibalize an existing barrel for the charging handle bracket, gas/rail assembly and barrel extension.
