So, long story short, was out to refinish a Cooey 35, but:

....got the retractable/moveable part of the mag-tube rod jammed in the chamber (and now cannot remove the feeding/inner rod). Ideas?

I'll take it to my gunsmith sometime this week, if I can....

Yea, well....my Cooey 60's still okay...just needing the 35 up and running! :yingyang:

Edit: managed to fix it on my own! WD-40'ed the bolt that fits into the stock, loosened and removed the washer, and lowered the whole tube-mag assembly, then pulled out the mag-rod successfully....re-attached it all, then fed back in the mag-rod. Hurrah!

Sprayed down the entire action with WD-40...much better now! :D

Just need to fix the light-strikes on the firing mechanism...and maybe hog-out the stock...the metal doesn't seem to sit right?
