So who is going to get the barrel threaded fo a FS/Comp ?
We should get a CGN group threading going with Dlask or Bits/Pieces...the RFB does have a pretty large flash signature as it is now...

Yeah! Or at least some factory .308...Should test it with the cheap 308 on the market - I wonder how it handles the surplus and the steelcase ammo.
I am thinking about the PWS FH/Comp.
Fireball wanna let a UBC student play with your RFB![]()
I was at Poco just after lunch time. I was the 3rd to attend with one that day.
Poco Range Rant
And what a surprise 1 hour wait at the upper range so I went and used the lower pistol range on my own for 1 hour.
I had a great time shooting .45 out of the wife's Norinco 1911 and my USC. At the 50 minute mark I was reloading the USC mag when this bigger Russian sounding guy came up and told me that I was not aloud to fire the USC rifle down here, lower pistol range. I politely corrected him that .22 rifle and pistol calibre carbine was aloud and the upper range officers knew what I was firing.
Instead of walking away and saying something like "ok, didn't know" he kept arguing/interrupting me when I turned my back to him and began reloading the mag. He didn't actually touch me. At this point I was pissed. So this time, looking him the eyes I politely told him that I no longer cared what he had to say as he wasn't listening to what I had to say, you are disturbing me so go f**k off, he responded by shrugging and making a funny face.
. It takes quite a bit to piss me off just, ask Epoxy7. Once I resumed firing the .45s in a long string of multiple mag's the big Russian, without hearing protection on, left me alone
.
1 hour is up so I clean up my range, pack my kit and move the truck over to the upper range. I go and speak with the upper range officer about a table for .308. He smiles at me and askes if i was firing a rifle down below. I said "no" just the .45 USC. he responded with "oh, thats fine then". Apparently the big Russian felt so inclined to report me to the range officers when he didn't get the response he was looking for.
I'm glad I've joined the Mission range.

LOL. Way to ##### out for no reason. I looked it up; you were in the clear with pistol caliber carbines. But you let someone else get to you; and now you gotta drive an extra half hour (since it says your in vancouver) just to shoot; way to goXD

Got my Rfb from p&d today, love it! Field stripping was different the first time, but not difficult. The trigger is actually pretty good! I got 5 extra mags but none of those will seat because they're riveted on the spine. I will try grinding them down a bit. Here she is with a 7.62 specter DR.
