Seriously, you could in essence get a brand new VZ rifle for about $630 when all is said and done. Get the special and sell the woodsman for $150. After taxes and everything your rifle comes to about $630. This is a good deal.

Or buy the VZ, get free pistol, sell vz getting pistol for around a dollar.

He did not lie, the conditions were just not stipulated. Anyone whining about how a private business conducts their business is free to take it elsewhere, and to listen to me call the whiner a communist.

Good job marstar!, and I look forward to the resultant arming of more Canadians, even if I will not partake (I cannot put a m93 back together )

Hey, I can't comment on Marstar's ordering and customer service as I'm relatively new here and haven't ordered from them yet.

But, from almost 15 years experience in web marketing and communications I can say that it's a medium where it's easy to make mistakes. It's also a medium where you can get slammed hard when you do make a mistake (as can be seen by some of the comments).

At the end of the day though, it was just a mistake. Good on John for generating a huge buzz over the weekend and for offering what seems to be a pretty sweet deal.

Yeah, maybe it wasn't the deal you wanted, and maybe it was a PITA watching the thread but it's not like he's a doctor who mis-diagnosed your heart attack as heartburn or the mechanic who didn't torque your lug nuts to spec.

Before you go too over the top remember that chances are you've f#$ked up at your job at least once. It happens.
