Rifle Purchase in 2007?

So, what sporting rifle purchase do you see yourself making in 2007?

I'll start by saying that something in .260 Rem or 7mm WSM kinda piques my fancy.

Leaning toward the .260 Rem at the moment...

Well after a 220 Swift VSSF, 375 RUM 700 BDL S/S, 870 3.5' 12G, SBE 1.5 camo 12G and slug barrel, 260 Rem 700 BDL S/S, T/C Omega .50, Rem 30-06 7600 carbine in 2006, Excalibur ExoMax, I think I'm tapped out for 2007. If anything I'm going to lighten the collection. Could be selling the 270 Win and replace with the Benelli R1 comfort tech in 270 WSM...don't know! I'll focus on hunt time and the $$$ to finance trips.

I didn't know until now that the R-1 came in this caliber. Interesting and a good choice for hunting in those areas of S. Ont with caliber restrictions such as my back yard.

If not that then this might be the year to scratch the .17HMR itch.

If I decide to sell my .257 Roberts.....another Roberts, o' course! Something in a 700 Stainless, laminated stock, 24" sporter contour.
Also either a Win '94 in .32 Special (a particular one) or a 336 in .30-30, again a particular one. The Winnie was accidentally sold outside the family, the Marlin I sold foolishly. Time to right the wrongs!
