I recently purchased a rifle and upon running a patch (cotton) through the bore noticed it very slightly snags... upon inspection with a bore light there is a very small burr in the rifling about midway down the barrel. The burr is axial and does not protrude towards the ID of the barrel. The rifle shoots fine with no issues and I only noticed the burr because the cotton patch slightly catches it as it passes but does not get stuck. Is there a way to fix this or should I not bother as there is no function issues?
Thanks.
