Rimfire Pics...Show em off!!!

Nice rifle. Would like to hear your thoughts on that Timney trigger once you have some time with it.

Sure , I can report back, I’m hoping it’s as good as the factory on my cz.. not sure if that’s gonna happen but it’s worth a try. Current trigger is junk.. and honestly the trigger group is what’s holding me back from getting a 10/22 even tho it’s on my list lol.

We have this custom single shot .22, Iv posted in here before. It’s been through every kid in the family since about 1956. My daughter has claimed ownership the past 4-5 years

Well, she turned 10 this year, now legal to take the CORE program and hunt in BC. Grandad stopped by a few days ago with a gift, one that will last her a lifetime, and her kids too.

Winchester Model 52. Made in 1935 . . . 88 years old. Sighted in for 200 metres and at that range the youth in the club camp were breaking balloons.
The scope has been switched to a Sightron SIII 8-32 x 56.

Derya TM-22 from Dlask with their 10" barrel, Dlask upgraded charging handle, Dlask flash hider (to make it legal min length to be non-restricted), magpul front grip, mlok rail covers, magpul CTR stock. Going to be a fun little non restricted camping/plinking/chicken coop defence rifle.

Waiting on a Riton X1 ARD red dot, mlok flashlight, and sling.

Thats frigin awesome and how things should still be, A different time and a much better world. You remember how the heat felt on your wet feet and wet pants as you proudly displayed your quarry for the pic? Thanks for sharing, it reminded me of some great memories as a novice hunter. Cheers Chris

Yes, lol, Im now 6’2”…. Grandpa was 6’6” or so…. I walked up and knocked on the door…. As grandpa opened the door I pulled the rabbit from behind my back! Lol. He was very proud…. I almost got sick watching him skin the rabbit, but yes sir, we ate rabbit for dinner that night!

It didn’t take me long to get the rabbit… I followed the fench line of geandpas field which had brush and woods to one side…. I was in the brush. It was fall and had not yet snowed, but the rabbits were already white…(at least, I think they change colours, it was a long time ago and I havent hunt them since). Lol, easy pickings.

And yes, I was wearing grandpas hunting hat! Nice and warm that it was!
