Here's my SR-22. Thanks to Blaxsun for hooking me up with the magpul goodies. I still need to do the p-mag modification and maybe a vortex magnifier, dlask barrel, buis.....man it never ends.

A bit plain Jane but she's new and mine...

Needs a scope.... Probably going to go with a TRS-1 or Bushy Elite Tactical 5-15x.
Though tempted to try a Tasco T/V 10-40x (because I'm weak cou: and doubt I could see a .22 hole at 200y.

I haven't read too many reviews (good or bad) on these rifles. Does it function well? How is the mag?
Mine is working very well with the 10 round mag but with the drum mag its another story. Need to use only round nose bullet with as less seration as possible. Its easy to dissasemble and clean. I do not recommend the drum mag and that is the reason why I will be buying the 30 round mags soon.

Ruger 10/22 MOD

I'm new to the firearms as a hobby, but something I've been wanting to take up for quite a while. Figure I'd start with a 10/22 and, being who I am, couldn't be satisfied with just a stock configuration.

Here is the quick exterior parts list:

- Stock Receiver / Trigger Group
- Boyd's SS Evolution stock in Nutmeg (Nutmeg)
- Green Mountain 19in Heavy Taper Barrel (Blued)
- Superior Concepts Tactical Charging Handle (Matt Black)
- Tasco TG21042I 2.5-10x42mm Scope (Mil-Dot Illuminated) with basic rings

I'm still experimenting with which mags I like (will paint matt black once settled) and the Tasco scope is a temporary purchase until I can figure out what features are and are not important to me.

Sad part is I haven't even shot it yet... but soon!
