Cleaned up the troll poops. Let's try to keep on topic. After reading this I'm skeptical myself, but let's try to play nice here...

So I've been following this thread intently, I own 2 XCRs, an L and an M. So here we go, my L can get 1.5 moa with 52 gr. hollow points over BLC2 at 100 yd. the 6.8 barrel, bolt has, after a little crown work gotten .9 moa at 100 with pro hunters over Benchmark. My M after today, with 168 gr. assorted bullets, over 41.5 gr. of H4895, given me an average of 1 moa out to 300 M in switching winds. I was sub moa at 50, but not by much. I'll keep you posted after the next outing. with pictures, I unfortunately didn't take any today as my phone was dead.

Oh and this isn't meant to crap on Sharpshooter Jr.'s accuracy report, quite the contrary I think. I've never seen him shoot, but I've been a student of the semi for accurate shooting for a while now and even though the Ar still has the edge and I know a lot of people don't like Alex Robinson ( I've had a few e-mails back and forth, plus at least one phone conversation, and he's been alright.) I'd really love nothing more than seeing a semiauto rifle that we can use in the bush, that is a tack driver. Especially in the Robarms, or something similar platform. That would be a REAL shot at the scum that foisted our present semiauto situation on us.

Just the brass screw and lapping compound kind. Once I got the muzzle brake off, I noticed the crown looked a little rough. It also wouldn't group worth a crap. Touched it up and noticed results.

Sharpshooter Jr. we all need a video (like you mentioned you would provide) of your incredibly accurate and unbelievable XCR shooting 10 Rd. groups at -.5 MOA from 124 meters, so where are you on this? (5 months and counting)

So you are saying that you sold an XCR-L that could shoot under .5 MOA at 124m with factory ammo in groups of 10 rounds, repeatedly???????????????????

Yeah, even though I'd been reserving judgement, this kinda sells it as a fraud...

Sharpshooter Jr: why not do the shoot with this new XCR?... Or are you disappointed that you sold/traded it? Sure sounds like you were pulling our legs, at this rate.

Disappointing, because I was really hoping that XCRs really could shoot this well.

Well I don't have the original gun anymore, I have a different XCR now but not the one I started the thread with, it has a new owner

ROFLMAO.....Riiiiiight.

This entire thread is filled with so much fail it hurts. First, Sharpshooter jr claims do have done something that most experienced shooters know is pretty much impossible given the rifle used, and it's stock configuration.

Then BELTFED makes a challenge that is boldly accepted by Sharpshooter jr, only to roll over and become completely pussified by faking an injury to get out of said challenge when the moment comes to back it up and prove Sharpshooter jr is being less than truthful. Something I was really relying on him to do as were many others. His reputation in this regard has no doubt suffered.

Then as if it wasn't hilarious enough already, Sharpshooter jr comes on and says he sold the XCR in question, but has a new one. So we are to believe he got rid of a rifle that literally had super powers, and was capable of performing the impossible, in exchange for a regular old XCR that you can no longer back up your ridiculous story with?

LOL, Sharpshooter jr was full of it from the start, and BELTFED should have followed through. Judging by the last post from Sharpshooter jr, he would have just claimed the XCR was sold and that he couldn't do it now.

Ultimately the XCR is a really cool rifle, that we are lucky to have available to us in a NR configuration. For someone to start a thread based on false claims that turns into a 23 page thread promoting a lie about this or anything else is wrong. It's not fair to other owners of the gun, or potential owners of the gun to build up their hopes like this, so why do it?

Disappointing, because I was really hoping that XCRs really could shoot this well.

Keep hoping....

In all fairness it wasn't Rich that called him out, it was I.
Fully intended to follow through with the challenge - life (and my fake injury) just got in the way.
I'm a little surprised it took this long to sell actually....

You seriously could have tried to do better than that.

"I was abducted by aliens and they took my eyes" might have been more believable.

"I got gas-gangrene in my trigger finger and had to have it removed" could possibly have been sold to a few.

"I twisted my ankle" wouldn't have worked, though - as we've seen - but was better than your effort, I think it will be judged.

Here's what I did today with my XCR-M at 100 with Zombie Max 168g 308.

Bench at HAHA, Vanguard BIPOD, bags at the back.

I didn't trade my "unicorn" XCR for a plain jane XCR, I got two AR's for it and then I got another XCR to replace my old one, the new owner is on his forum and said he was going to shoot it and post groups when he sources some of the original ammo used
