Robarms XCR FAQ post

Have you ordered 7.62X39 mags from them? I have been unsuccessful with ordering any from them, since they do not lance any of these mags, as of yet....

I just got an order from C Products. They sent a 20rd mag for 6.8spc that is lanced to 5rds. Easily holds 5, 7.62x39 rds.

Not a %100 sure on this since im a noob. But in order for the XCR to be non-restricted it needs a 18.5 inch barrel or greater? Looking at the ones on the Robinson site and ones on here, there tends to be a large difference in barrel length. Im guessing sites in Canada that offer XCR's already have a 18inch barrel for the most part? Sorry to be an inconvenience but you gotta learn somewhere.

Every XCR-L in Canada was imported with 18.6" barrels, one fellow has posted on CGNTZ that he has had a restricted length barrel made up which made it so he had to reclassify his XCR-L to restricted...

Do You have any idea - are these barrels light or heavy profile?

I guess it would depend on the person holding the rifle example I have no issues with the barrel weight and my wife who is finding the XCR to be her favorite rifle states to me that she finds it heavy but handles it without any issues.

She actually shoots this rifle more accurately than any of my other rifles she has tried...

Best way to remove the buttstock to swap it out. I see the roll pin but how to remove it is the trick.

A lot of people like to run down the xcr for some reason. This thing kicks ass! Go ahead buy an ar but you'll be stuck on the target with it.I had mine out recently doing coyote control when it -27. A flawless performance!

That's what you guys in the West are lucky about...

Here in Quebec, there's a lot of land, but most of the time we can't shoot on it.

There's some municipal laws/code that forbid us to discharge a firearm within a few kilometers from houses.

I would love to know a place where we can shoot at, like sand pits or a vast area far away from houses, streets...

Here's a place I WOULD LOVE to go shoot at:

Ok so the roll pin is not to be touched;) Bolt to be removed from inside that holds buttstock.

Just found out that Wolverine forgot to sell me a M96 type 2 stock adapter...e-mailed them for one.:HR:

It will have to be a NEA adapter as RA M96 a regulated item. It has two sling point locations on either side, where to get these I have no idea. Look on NEA site and you will see what I mean. Any help would be great.

Dlask also sells a stock adapter for the XCR. Costs a little more than the NEA but I think it fits the XCR lines a little better.

Thanks for the info.
:runaway:Dlask one is much nicer and is available with a sling attachment plate! Like I wanted in the first place. Now I am stuck with the NEA and the unsightly holes on each side for QD swivels I will never use:mad: Why is gun stuff never easy. Might have to sell the NEA one and still buy Dlaskf:P:

Thanks again. Ordered the Dlask and the sling plate. It is the better looking one of the bunch and will work the best. Look for the NEA on the EE, when I get it, if you like that one.

I've found something maybe you guys could be interested.

It was on the XCR Forum:

I've talked in the past with "Charles Martel", here on CGN, but never got news from him...

Anybody know where we can find some?
