Robarms XCR FAQ post

Hey Guys,

Has anyone ever had their firing pin stick in the opening in the bolt face? Is it just a matter of cleaning?

Thanks,
Trevor

Yup, and i've already posted in this thread about it.

But for your information, it's a warranty issue, your firing pin broke in half and stucked in the bolt face hole.

Take out your bolt and take out the firing pin from it.

You'll see what the firing pin looks like and take pictures...

You should contact the warranty team at Wolverine Supplies...

Back in the past, I had a few warranty issues with my XCR (I've supplied them pictures of the problems in my emails) and they were very fast to ship me a replacement part...

You can contact John Hipwell at john@wolverinesupplies.com

I had 3 issues with the XCR.

First, it was the Recoil Buffer pad which had to be changed because it was all worn out, even if I ran the gun on a Gas Level 2 (lowest). Maybe it was because of round count or cleaning oils or both.

Second issue I had, was with the bolt hold open which was starting to worn out on the tip.
It was not holding the bolt open properly and the smallest touch to the release button was closing the bolt. Even shaking the rifle too hard, when bolt was open, was closing it.

So they sent me a replacement pad for 9.50$ and a new Bolt Hold catch for 19.00$. Respectable prices. ;)

Received it in a few days... Nice service at Wolverine Supplies. :D

A few months laters, I had the third and last issue on my XCR, which was a broken firing pin (weird), which was covered by the warranty. They sent me a new one in a few days also!

If you're curious, here's what the firing pin looked like when it broke:

Thanks for the fast reply. I already had it apart before posting and cleaned it all. When I reasembled the gun it continued to stick. I'm going to order a new firing pin but in the mean time I'll try polishing this one.

Hmmm... So you mean that yours isn't broke in half?

Do you have any pictures of it?

Not sure, Must be over 1000 for sure. I'm the third owner. I polished the firing pin and it helped but it still sticks once in a while. Back to the dremel!

Oops! It is broken. I'm such moron. I looked at your pictures too quickly and didn't realize that your pic shows a broken firing pin. Mine broke right where your's did.

Sorry for wasting your time.

The search function has let me down so a question...
Can a guy find an adapter to fold either the old XCR stock or the new FAST stock? Looks like NEA made one at one time. Now all I can find is an AR stock adapter.

Yes there is one. I have it but prefer the AR stock. Wolverine probably has them. Otherwise try NEA directly.

Bought my NEA folding stock at Wolverine Supplies, back in 2011, for $119.00 plus shipping and taxes.

Here's what it looks like:
