Waiting on the paperwork from Wolverine to put trigger kits on order. I emailed Pat this morning about it. The 6.8 blanks should be here soon. They're a custom order and so are taking much longer than usual. They're going to be 18.6" and 1/11 twist.

XCRmonger I phoned and guess what they didn't have a clue about the triggers. I talked with John and Pat. They said they wouldn't see them for at least 6 months.

Can the XCR in .223 be converted to 6.8spc, or is the mag-well too small.....I really don't know the details so teach me a little

XCR-L 223 can be converted to 6.8, conversion kits should be available from Wolverine in the future. The 223 can be converted to other calibers as well ( 7.62x39 ) but I don't believe that any other caliber conversions are approved for export to Canada. XCRmonger would know more about this, she works for Robarm.

Only .223 and 6.8 can be shipped at this time. The 7.62x39 has been repeatedly thrown back in our faces. It's unlikely you guys will ever see it there, with our political climate changing like it is.

Like I said - I just emailed Pat about the triggers this morning. It wouldn't be 6 months, much less than that. Just give us a little bit to get it all sorted out. Paperwork and all that jazz...

I think I just cried a new river XCRmonger.
:(
Me and my girlfriend were waiting for your company to get permision to ship out these rifles. Now all I am left with is my CZ. It's a nice rifle but an XCR would be like night and day compared to it.
Thanx for trying!

As intriguing as a 7.62, 6.8 or eventuality of a 6.5 is , the problem will be trying to get 10 round pistol mags for those caliber.

Now what specifically are the controlled parts for the x39? Are we just talking barrel here?

I wonder if somebody like Dlask would consider either making some barrels from scratch, or even modding barrel blanks from Robarms?

Being able to get some x39 setups up here, by hook or by technically non-crook, would really increase the saleability of these rifles IMO. I have about 6000 rounds of x39 lying around that I'd run through one of these if I had the option.

I'd love a X39 conversion but US Gov won't trust us with them. Us Canadians might turn into terrorist's or something! Glad to see another shipment to Canada Terra, I've been waiting since fall for my XCR from Wolverine.

The bolts are controlled too. There would probably be no demand for dlask arms to do that as the price would probably be inflated (compared to the US) and someone who wants the 7.62x39 parts could easily drive them north of the border (and probably are already), albeit in violation of US law.

Your right we haven’t a clue, Pat submitted an International Import Cert last Dec, we are still waiting! I know our next batch of rifles are fitted with the new triggers but I didn’t know they were available yet as spare parts. If a US export License has been issued they should be shipped immediately, if not we still have a wait while new licenses are applied for. Not sure were the 6 months came from, I may have said several months.

Anyway thanks for bringing it to our attention, these are ordered and we will list them as soon as they become available.
