Robinson Armament XCR

As intriguing as a 7.62, 6.8 or eventuality of a 6.5 is , the problem will be trying to get 10 round pistol mags for those caliber.

Maybe no ten rounders but at least with the 6.8 you will be able to use your 5.56 mags instead of flipping out more cash for different mags.

Here is a quote of a review from xcrforum.c om on the trigger

The new trigger is a two stage design. The take up of the first stage is short and light; the second stage breaks very clean at 3lbs-4lbs I am guessing (I dont have a gauge to give an exact number). It blows away the standard Rock River 2-stage trigger and and has crisp parity with the LMT 2-stage I am fond of.

In terms of smoothness, it feels a hair better than the Robarm M96, which has a very good trigger out the box. The new trigger also has much less trigger slap, and lets out softly for controlled resets. There was little to no over travel after the break point.

Accuracy was good at 100 yards. Double taps at 25 yards had very little shift or stringing. The trigger broke clean using a finger tip press. Despite being brand spanking new, there was no grit or dragging feeling at all, which leads me to think the trigger will be even better after some break in.

Neat......I gotta get a better trigger for mine :dancingbanana:. Mr. Wolverine, ya better get them in soon cause it's shooting season.......even though we just got another 6" of snow........#### I'm tired of snow

New XCR Triggers
We have an order placed for the new triggers, there appears to be some discrepancy over US Export Licenses which we thought were applied for but maybe they weren’t. It is always difficult to match, Canadian Import Certificates, US export Licenses and factory production but we try, we are waiting to hear back from Rob Arms. In any event if we do not have product we would have no sales and then we simply would cease to exist. It is in our best interest to look after our Canadian customers. When the new triggers are in stock we will announce it on our web page and on CGN, no price at this time.
