Roll sizer - Group Buy - GOAL ACHIEVED

have no doubts it works, it is just too big and it also needs its own case feeder. The roll sizer fits my needs better. thanks for the offer!

I have a casepro100 and it works phenomenally well on .40 Even the worst glocked brass comes out beautiful, and the carbide dies in my 550's and 1050's run so smooth now.

Buy once, Cry Once.

If you have doubts, send me 500 of your cleaned brass and I will run them through for you to try.

I, too, have a CasePro100 and mounted in to a small table. I went to Plastics of Ottawa and picked up a length of rigid plastic tubing, bent it to the appropriate shape and use the casefeeder on my 1050.

Too easy.

No worries bruv. Just thought that 500 would be a good sample size and then compare to the DAA sizer for reference.

It is a good size and weight, very industrial and robust. I have run a lot of brass through mine, and it works so well that I shudder to think of how many brass I used to push through the LEE FCD.

Just to avoid confusion the roll sizer is not made by DAA. Anything DAA is garbage, except their mr bullet feeder which they didnt design.

Thanks for sharing, I have seen this setup in youtube, it was the only alternative before the roll sizer.

It is however very big, takes a lot of real state. The roll sizer is 1/3 of the size and it is significantly faster. Sorry! Not too bash the case pro, just pointing out why I want the other setup.
And last, the sizing dies of the roll sizer tend to need maintenance according to some users. Did you need to replace parts in your case pro?

The roll sizer is maintenance free

My setup... so smooth... like buttah.

It is large. However the footprint is no bigger than a Dillon Super1050. One thing with a roll sizer, is depending on cleanliness regardless of brand, you will need to clean your dies occasionally. I can't speak of the new entry to the market, it looks promising, though a little spendy for what you get.

I have processed many 5 gallon pails of brass through this sizer, and the dies measure to within .001" of being brand new. The rotary machine looks promising but when wear occurs on it, the outside edge in particular, what does one do

then? The Casepro uses tool steel dies that are hardened and ground. I expect I will wear out before the dies do. The new rollsizer, is the outside ring hardened or replaceable? One more question to ask, the author states that the

cases can be rollsized upside down? this is not possible! He states it does not matter?!?!?!?!?!?

One thing the new rollsizer you mentioned does NOT do is fix the extractor groove and remove the burrs. Something the casepro does do.

It appears that to get the best performance from either machine a casefeeder is required, so the space consideration is a non issue.

I do like the fact I can rollsize my rifle brass as well.

We need 10 machines. You can count mine as one. You seem to be #2.
8 more to go, it is pretty doable but needs some work.

Feel free to reach out to your respective clubs and fellow shooters.

It will not happen overnight, I am in no rush, but hoping to buy it end of next month. I will keep this thread updated

I know of another interested party, so that makes 3.

Awesome stuff!!

The prices are posted on roll sizer dot com, they are in USD. Calculate the exchange and add HST.

I am in Ottawa as well so if you are in town we can figure something out. I live in Kanata.

We are still discussing shipping options with Rollsizer.
I am keeping him in the loop of things, he is going to look into different options.
