Fresh out of my assembly garage, a pieced together Ross 1905 Sporter. I say pieced together because the parts aren't all original to one rifle. This is #2 in my sporter collection now, but this one far outshines the first one in appearance. Chambered in .303 Brit, but I haven't actually fired a shot through it yet. I sure hope it shoots well after all the work put in.....
Credits to the following:
The colour case hardening thanks to Oskar Kob.
The stock was carved out by Bill with Alberta Gun Stocks.
And the barrel was made and profiled by Bob Jury.
I also better not forget to thank Wayne (Wild Bill) for the rear sites and elevators for these rifles!
Stock finishing, barrel threading and chambering, all hot bluing and assembly were done by myself.
