Rossi Ranch Hand full-size stock G/B ~ UPDATE - Feb 15/2013

Just an update, my stock and refund arrived today. I took laminate blanks as a refund instead of cash - as from what I understand he hasn't worked in 7 months.
 
He called me back and pledged that "the cheque is in the mail"
What's the other saying that goes with this one? Hmmm....oh yeah " Trust me, I won't come ...whoa!"Open forum, behave now.
 
I've been on and off this thread to see the outcome.
Double gun seems to have reached a resolution.
I suppose tokguy, to wait a week or two in all reality given the circumstance,
you really don't have much of an option other than to trust this chap that has
been through a hard spell.
Nothing worse than kicking a hound up the arse when his nose is dragg'n.

My check is supposedly in the mail too. I sent him pics of my stocks cut in two as he requested before he would send a check.

Is he making it right? I guess it kamlooky looks like it. But the RCMP had to be called. And he certainly never followed up when he became aware of the bad quality of the product he sub-contracted out. And look at the rifle Boomer got back, the one he supposedly did himself. Seriously, go back and look at the pics.

At the least this guys communications are shyt. Emails and calls should be returned, especially when you are as behind schedule as he was. He wasn't so sick as to be unable to pick up a phone or poke a keyboard.
