Rossi Ranch Hand full-size stock G/B ~ UPDATE - Feb 15/2013

It was laughable workmanship; a legalized scam of sorts.
Everyone who bought, received something, although the item wasn't in the promised/implied condition.

I suspect taking this guy to court would cost more than the loss in the stock. Terrible.
 
I already received my precision stocks replacement. A friend who is a wood worker is going to fix the inletting and put a wedge in to fill the mortise for the standard stock and then I am going to put a recoil pad on it. Looks like I may have a gun sometime this year.

As for d**b a*s. I have given up hope of getting either a stock or my money back.

So I talked with him again, more promises, my stock was on of the ones he was personally working on... Still no stock, shocking I know.

Have anyone actually got anything out of this guy since the first few screwed up stocks?
 
Nothing.

I have not tried to contact in 2 months.

As per a previous post, got a stock from precision. Some of the final fitting is being a pain for my friend but I trust him to do a great job.
 
I have not contacted him since I got my craptacular stocks. I was waiting to see what other peoples looked like before persuing the issue further.

Seeing how guys are still waiting and the guys that have been trying to get in touch with him have been getting the run around I am glad I haven't wasted anymore of my time with this scammer. When I am not so busy I will start calling him. Everyday. All day.

So I just got off the phone with the RCMP detachment that covers his area, they were very interested in the matter.

Maybe they can help, they advised me to place a complaint through my local RCMP which would be forwarded to them to pursue further.

The officer took the business name and number and said she'd start looking into it.

Maybe try the RCMP.

Why are you dealing with your "local RCMP", and just how "local" are they?

Do you call these "local RCMP" to report impaired drivers, accidents, or someone stealing from your vehicle as well?

Just curious in trying to help you solve a problem why you might not be getting the attention you feel you deserve.
 
I doubt my calling the RCMP in SK will work. They have less reason to give a s**t than the clowns in Sudbury.

I went through this when I was screwed on here two years ago. Same lame excuses.
 
All I know is the officer I spoke to expressed interest in this matter.

She said to make a statement locally and have that forwarded to the detachment in SK.

I am sure NONE of us will get our money back, this man committed fraud. We as a group should see that he doesn't do something similar to other unknowing customers.
 
You guys want to screw him. Keep posting in this thread. But quit being so vague. Use his full name, business name and some keywords like, scam, fraud, thief etc. Then if anyone ever Google's him, the internet will do a better job of revealing him.
 
I've pretty much given up too. Inter provincial jurisdiction will most likely be an obstacle. BYW He got me for 320 $
But we are all aware of the RCMP's track record in dealing with gun owners, they might get off on busting his balls, supplying gun parts for such dangerous units(sarcasm font).
Can always hope.
