Rough weekend at hunt camp! (graphic content)

I was just wondering, if you are out west and you get a deer with more points on one side than the other what side do you count? or do you take an average?
 
that will be a big stack of sausage.congrads,looks like a good time.I take it you guys leave the skin on so they don't get dirty on the transport from camp?notice any differance in the taste?

I was taught to leave the skin on until its butchering time, thats what my butcher tells me to do as well... if you hang it without the fur you lose meat because it gets crusty on the outside and you have to cut it off...

not sure how big that moose rack is, its in my friends garage/butcher shop
this is my 54 from last year to compare... haha shameless plug
