Just got my RPAL card today and was surprised to see the document it came with say the following:
"this document" refers to a small piece of paper I had to cut off from the page that has the conditions of the license, my name, license number, and expiry date.
The card already says "Standard conditions are attached to this licence", so the paper contains no additional information. Just seems kind of silly to require this.
Do any of you guys carry the paper with you? I'd imagine it to become unreadable very quickly, hence we have plastic for proof of license.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS (continued) Carry this document with your licence card as you must be able to produce this document on demand if requested by a peace officer or other authority.
