They still have to follow the law........ Which may be hard if they render a decision without any merit to support it. I am sure they remember the Swiss Arms and CZ858 issue, which should be fresh in their minds....IF NOT then its our JOB TO MAKE SURE THEY KNOW! or drown them in paper so bad they beg for us to stop

We knew what we were getting into; how long it could take. Arms east is in the business of making money. Did you really expect them to sit on tens of thousands of dollars of inventory, at their expense, while the rcmp fiddle with the rpd? Be glad they took the initiative and brought it to Canada, and allowed us to reserve our place in line by pre-buying. Besides, you could have cancelled any time you wanted and gotten your refund.

^^^ why should we loose 200 plus dollars in service charges for a refund. I don't have that much cash to just give away 200 after sitting on it for almost two years and already paying CC fees and interest from my end

The deal was if the gun doesn't get approved you'd be refunded all costs. That was the deal. It is a little dishonest to want to change the deal now and receive a profit from selling it in the US. That wasn't part of the deal options.

Bought and paid for when the offer was put forth. Hmmm, if things go bad for us, I wonder if could I arrange to get mine sold to a buddy South of the boarder? At least that way I could get to use it when I go down for beer...

I see the CZ 958 was approved quickly with the new government in power, ATRS also got verbal approval and FRT number for their new rifle in 4 days versus the years it took for them to get approval for the modern hunter under the old government
