I ordered one through Prophet River out of Lloydminster last October and got a call from them in November telling me that my rifle was in. As far as I know, it was the first and possibly only one shipped to Canada. Before I took it out to the range to sight it in and see what it could do, I had a Volquartsen sear installed that reduced the triggers pulled substantially. After sighting the rifle in, the first two three shot groups were in the 3 inch inch range and the more I shot it, the smaller the groups shrank. After a box and a half of ammunition the rifle was putting five shots into a half inch group at one hundred meters. I was very happy with this because I had just sold my Savage 17 Hornet that was a very good shooter but did find that the bolt felt a little gritty as I cycled the rounds into the chamber. The wind started picking so I decided to wait for a calmer day in the spring to see what it would do at two and three hundred meters. I have been working 700 kilometers from home the last three months so I haven't had the chance to test it at further distances yet.
