Not one of the bolt action rifles you list, nor any cf bolt action rifle I am aware of uses a floating firing pin.

I did email ruger customer service and I got a reply back. Some gravel agency from Quebec was referred in that email and they were supposed to fix the issue but I got no further correspondence from anyone.

Not that either.

The reason you don’t see the firing pin tip in the bolt face when you open the bolt is because the cocking cam retracts the firing pin.
