Just ordered and paid. But after paying your website is asking me to call the sales department to process my order? It’s been a while since I’ve ordered from you guys but I don’t recall having to do that in the past. Do I need to speak to someone in the sales department or will this rifle just be shipped out to me since it’s in Canada already?

The magazine catch spring fell out(I think). It looks like it cracked and fell apart when I went to release the magazine. Something flew out and the latch fell on the ground. Now the magazine won't catch. Not too happy. I have 4 other Rugers all of which have been flawless out of the box.
