These guys have the big mushroom button. Apparently you can swipe your left palm across it while coming off the gun and reaching for your mag on belt to drop the mag in gun.
Thanks for the info. Now to find some! It is fair to say this gun was designed around the concept to meet a need for the competition crowd and the growing interest in two and three gun competitions, along with stand alone events involving PCC's. Probbaly a good choice for shooting deer over in the Charlottes as well.

Does that forend add any weight?
Yes, by 2.6oz more. Factory handguard is 8.3oz and the MI one is 10.9oz.
If ruger doesn't make them, someone with a 3D printer can.I'm glad Ruger supplied a Glock magwell adapter as Glock mags are cheap and plentiful. However, as someone who owns ton of Sig 320 magazines I wonder if magwell adapters for other magazines will one day be available.
