Ruger PC9 Take Down 9mm Carbine

Hey IRG, do you think Ruger might bring this model back in the 40 S&W caliber again? The 9mm is very nice, but a 40 S&W PC40 would be better for me.

I used to have a Ruger PC4GR ( ghost ring ) , really liked it. Sold it due to the restricted bull##it.

Thanks Irunguns mine came in today
Can’t wait to try it

Omf, post a review with lots of pics and details.

I’m super jealous, fighting myself to hold out for a NR version. I emailed ruger again, they replied they are “currently looking at non-restrictive options for Canada” (pretty well word for word), when I asked about eta.

Hoping to get out sometime this week and give it a try.
Will post a review soon

Non restricted would be lovely, but while we're making suggestions, what I'd really like is a wood stock and non-takedown. Pardon my fuddliness...

I know this would mean a LOT of re-engineering, and is about 99+% not gonna happen, but a guy can dream.

Honestly, I've seen a mockup of this with wooden furniture and it looks very good--I would be in for non-assault killer version (because it's not scary and tactical. I'm funny like that) in NR status.

had mine out at the range on Monday. Sighted in the Vortex Venom. This gun is going to be a blast to shoot. Very impressed with it so far. A trigger job and this thing is going to rock.

My PC Carbine trigger is already perfect, wonder why you have to fix yours? Also love the rifle!....:)
