thanks.. what "many other options"?
The ideal handgun must be:
CHEAP and RELIABLE and EASY to take down ................. for plinking/ getting meet food purposes only. I need at least reliable and easy takedown .22 pistol for training of myself and my kids

My I suggest the Grand Power K22S, 22LR? It has a sturdy polymer composite frame, a STEEL slide NOT aluminum, it strips in a few seconds in exactly the same way as the M22 in your slide #116, full size with four back straps included to fit any shape of the hand, very accurate. Trigger pull 4.3-4.7lbs.
For over a year I've had one with exactly 1,082 rounds through the pipe now. I've shot CCI Mini Mag, Aquila, Blazer, American Eagle, Federal Champion Value Pack, CCI AR Tactical and a few others without any hiccup whatsoever. I'm not sure what you mean by "cheap". I paid for mine slightly over $500 at SFRC+free shipping. IMHO it's worth every penny I paid for it.

The ####ography continues.. gsg is not really reliable, the quality of metal sucks...my friend has one like that... and thread removal tool.... wow.. man

My GSG strips no different than any 1911. Oh I also had a S&W 22A. I didn't find it hard to strip. Same with my S&W 622. Hardest part on MKI/MKII/MKIII rugers was getting the mainspring back in.

re: reliability vs easy take down-that's what I was trying to say in my previous posts: MARK 3 was more or less reliable, though jamming on cheap ammo... I don't know how people manage cheap ammo in Mark 3 w/o FTF/FTE...
takedown was stupid on Mark 3

The ideal handgun must be:
CHEAP and RELIABLE and EASY to take down to satisfy any SHTF... but I was not looking for mark 3 for SHTF, I rather considered .22 rifle for that purpose... for plinking/ getting meet food purposes only.. I need at least reliable and easy takedown .22 pistol for training of myself and my kids

So why are you going on and on and on about pistols, when you want a rifle?

If you want a SHTF rifle that reliable and easy to clean. Why not a single shot, or a cooey 60? or some other type of bolt action?

Because his delusional SHTF fantasies require a semi auto .22 built to military specs, with no tool field strip capability, and ease of maintenance.

Can't believe this guy is still carrying on.

I stopped buying ruger over the idiotic warranty center in Canada and poor QC.

Ditto that, but CZ's in my case.

This is looking like the firearms equivalent of road rage................:bangHead: Where's that palm-face emoticon when you need it?

f:P:f:P:2:f:P:f:P:2:f:P:f:P:2::angovrec

I'm not sure there is a semi-auto .22 on the market that meets all of OP's criteria. Why all hung up on tool-less field stripping anyway? Drop a patchworm/boresnake through it, no disassembly required. No semi-auto is going to function flawlessly 100% of the time, heck, even bolt actions fail to feed or extract from time to time.

wishing a reliable , mechanically sound rifle is definitely delusional.. yeah

I witnessed/ survived major SHTF so I don't care about your GREENHOUSE thinking

The Ruger 10/22 is a reliable mechanically sound rifle.
The delusion is your SHTF fantasies.
What did you use for your previous SHTF experience? Use it again.

The delusion is your greenhouse matrix, this place have not seen major wars for hundreds of years.. continue to live in greenhouse-that's your choice.. you avoided two World Wars off this territory.... this logic won't last forever though... so must be ready for anything

I cannot use what I used before-AK74, namely, because somebody promotes AR-15 and prohibits AKs, this is merely a market protection, as usual and of course Russia is evil

don't bother answering unless you have a MARK 3/ 10/22 alternative to CRAPUGER

Back to the Kremlin, comrade...

P.S - "crapuger" has got to be the worst "dis" ever.

So one flat head screw is stopping you from surviving your fantasy SHTF scenario...there is this new invention called a multi tool buy one and your bleak future will look brighter.
