, the RCMP "tech" I've asked - regarding this particular firearm - was so totally "out to lunch" that I didn't even feel the need to debate the matter with him.....

His argument was "If it can fire 'gas cartridges' it'd be a prohibited device" (keep in mind that it can also fire the rubber-rounds [seen in this video] at sub-"firearm" velocities that - per the CFC

- would make it not unlike an air-pistol

......to which I responded that just b/c a shotgun
can also fire the "prohibited" flechette

, that doesn't mean we ban all shotguns....
