let me try to translate a paragraph:

"what to do if target surrounded by non-targets? - let's say you need to deactivate somebody standing in the crowd. Instructor put my friend directly behind the paper target, stepped away several meters, put his gun in a holster. Then he suddenly jumped several steps forward, got his gun, and made 3 shoots to the paper's head. My friend still alive, but paper got 3 new holes".

I am considering taking Russian Martial Art 'Systema'. It's taught in Thornhill Ontario by an ex spetsnats cqc expert. Apparently through him you can go to Russia for a week or two, stay on a base, and get first rate training by the spetsnats. Expensive I hear, but no doubt worth it. Hell you can even get a ride in a Mig 29 if you wish :)

When you meet your Russian instructor, extend your hand, smile and say (this is phonetic): Yoop dvayu ma te.

It means "I'm honoured to be taught by you!" :D;)
