What is the brand name of them Claven2, I have some Dewey rods but eventually they start to peel.

but if the steel is used improperly it will damage the bore much quicker . i rather try your graphite rod idea than steel .

Mine is supposed to be arriving tomorrow, but it's the first big package that I'll be receiving at the new place so don't know what time the package deliveries usually show up.

Here is the rifle I got from Frontier, 1953 Tula shooter's grade, all matching numbers, arctic birch stock. No markings on the cover, other than the refurbish stamp. Overall nice shape and I'm happy with it.

Mine's a Tipton, it cost about $60 or $70 at SIR a few years back. Not sure if they still stock them?

You can get one stateside for about $40 though.

Best gun care investment I ever made. Another good one is the jag kit form Lebaron, all sizes in about 10 thou increments. Maybe $30 or so?

according to my calculation there is far more to come,well over 2000 more.

BELL just started shipping to dealers, largest to milarm and then to frontier, SIR will get theirs soon enuff.

IZH still got lots of mags to pin.

NICE looking rifles guys! Looks like some of thos shooter grades from frontier are absolute bargains at $230!

I cant wait for my Grade-1, IZH from Wolverine. Hopefully tomorrow it will arrive, maybe I will take the morning off to make sure she gets settled into her new home. Poor little thing might be jet-lagged!!

i dont have any doubt cos i ask myself, why wouldnt SIR want to sell to us and why wouldnt BELL want to sell to SIR?

aside from one conspiracy theory. :D

SIR has pre-sold somewhere between 400-600 , more likely towards 600 , they would love nothing more than get our orders off their books (they certainly spent enuff time on it) and BELL would love to ship that large amount all at one time then one crate here and two crates there .

this email i receive from scott from SIR on friday afternoon 23rd jan :

'We have been given a confirmation of this but no landed time, so we are still waiting that at this time, thanks again. Scott"
