Russian SKS45 long thread.

Plus ten on marlin

I bought a POS Norinco HP9 from Frontier once. It was brand new and it did'nt cycle. Marlin took back the gun and credited me shipping both ways. That is a stand up guy. Marlin is doing the best he can under the circumstances.

The fact that Marlin has not been hiding and has been addressing the issues on this forum (and taking heat from some folks here), shows that he has respect for his costumers. If only for that reason, I will call him for any future purchases first.

I have to agree with what others have said, Frontier is awesome to deal with, even though I was doissapointed they were sold out of cz858s when I had some surplus spending money, they offered to call me when they got their new shipment in. Every non-sks rifle or shotty Ive ever ordered from them showed up promptly, with no surprises.

//wishes he had the extra money back for the cz now :(

They will show up any day now . How do I know ? Well I couldn't stand waiting any longer for the 2 I ordered so I went and ordered a new rifle from wholesale sports last week & ordered a mint stainless factory folder Mini 14 yesterday . So I am sure I will get a call now saying your SKS'S are here how would you like to pay ! LOL .

Thanks for keeping us posted Marlin. All of us patient people can keep ourselves busy reading all the "another week, your the devil and you make my children cry and I'll never buy anything from you again" posts that follow lol.

Russian SKS45 SIR/Frontier thread.

I spoke to S.I.R today regarding the SKS shipment, the young lady tells me they are in country and awaiting clearence from the Canadian goverment because they are MILITARY rifles??? coming in from russia!

What difference this makes I have no idea, when I asked her if this would aslo apply to a Russian handgun she said she had no idea, the end result was she said they hope to have them sometime in Feb. 2009:mad:

I just hope the wait is worth it :)
