Russian SKS45 long thread.

Here is your update,.. guns have been at pinning outlet for almost 2 months. Thank the GOVERNMENT for delaying the necessary work that is required, its no fault of SIR/Frontier, or wholeseller. They have been dragging their asses and I was told MAYBE in the next two weeks they will get done.

The only thing I can say more is,.. you guys will be lucky to have them by months end.

Best of luck.

Wow... lol. Ah well. Thanx Jason. I was gonna call Frontier myself, but I actually feel guilty doing so, cause I know they answer this question a million times a day.

perhaps if we targeted the Government instead of SIR and got them off their A**es tracked down the offending department and asked them to start acting as professionals we might get somewhere, Hmmm well may be not Politician is just another glorified word for lier.

Let me rephrase from what I said earlier,

The RCMP has NOT come to look(oversee) the sks rifles,.. pinned or not,.. I am unsure,.. I do know for a fact that they the "RCMP" have not stepped foot into the warehouse to check the rifles.

I have every bit of respect for the RCMP, but I think if their jobs were at stake they may be more willing to get around to this.

Perhaps someone needs to be aware that there are several hundred rifles waiting to be stolen because the RCMP won't let them move on.

I know it's highly improbable, but if it did happen; well their faces sure would be red.

I think we should pin their magazines to five rounds.Maybe then they would pay us a liitle bit more respect. If the law applied to everyone, the law would get changed back to nonpinned quickly.Military as well.Equal rights for all.:sniper::slap:

Jeez, when was the last time a whole buncha Taliban horse shoe ambushed you and you were only stuck with 5 shots? :D

I had a pick at the rifles (no PMs!!!), they cleared customs some time ago, but they were not pinned (supposed to be pinned in Canada as before). The first shipment went to Elwood Epps and they didn't want to pin it for free + I think Ontario CFO don't allow businesses to pin mags anyway (new morontario policy?). As a result the whole shipment is on hold in Ontario by Ontario CFO. If CFO gives OK to pin the mags, then SKSes would go to the shops, if not, they would have to be exported outside of Canada, pinned and come back again.

Oh, yeah, there was no inspection by CFO on 25th either.... thanks to jerks in Orillia, Ont.

PS. Sorry for the bad news.

PPS. Even if you find out who is the seller, you would not save $$$ as it would sell at MSRP to keep other businesses in shape.

you certainly a bearer of bad news . lets see what you said , 1, they are not pinned yet , 2, there was no inpection on the 25th nov and lastly , no savings and selling at MSRP so what are the MSRP gonna be set at?

BTW , if you held these rifle , what condition are they in?
