OK someone please give me the skinny on the 7.62 39 ammo story, who's taking what ammo and why?.... Was it just the tracer stuff or regular ball ammo too? youre freakin me out, lol but really whats up.

The thread is in off topics . NRCAN is seizing it . I do not know all the details . Lever has removed all surplus ammo from there web page . there is also a post in the ammo section about price adjustments that talks about it also

Do it, you can never have too much ammo,.. and when/if it becomes short supply you can always sell some for more than you paid,.. Just like its also good to invest in alcohol and cigarettes right now instead of gold

I just bought three cases at wanstalls in mapleridge, he still has a few left. And i think he's the only place in the lowermainland with any left. I hope surplus will still be available but im kinda prepared.

NRCAN did not actually SIEZE Lever's tracer ammo, they just told them not to sell anymore.
Apparently, it has not been approved, even though it has been in stock for several months.

So anyone know the status of the great BIG shipment (not the 100)? There has been so much delay with the little one(I know it's no one's fault) that the big shipment should have almost caught up to the little one shouldn't it?

Yes, it is in Off Topics, and you will need to apply for access.
The short version is that Lever still has the ammo, they just cannot sell any until further notice.
I guess the guys form NRCAN didn't want to lift all those heavy crates!

I hate to admit it but I may be buying a gun with my money and cancelling my order. I've got one sks allready, and that whole cleaning thing is a pain..
if you guys cancel now , in a year or two you will be kicking yourselves .
this kind of a deal may not come again (if i was an importer , the headache wouldnt be worth it) .
i really dont want to change your minds bcos that will ensure i get both of mine .
