no , curently the arctic belongs to no country but canada , USA , russia , denmark and norway made claims .

I too have an sks oredered but not from frontier, its from a local shop and the guy claims that they're at customs and they wont be realeased.....? i dunno but i found a case of czech ammo and its burnin a hole in my mind waitin to be fired.

i though russians drilled through ice when they discovered land underneath and dropped a capsule with a russian flag to claim the land about a year ago ? i could be wrong but i think they claimed the territory.
