Russian & Soviet Service rifles (19th century and 20th century) - Collections & Accessories

(M1870 Berdan II) This one is functional and has no holes as you told me.

If you say so, but pretty sure I see welded plugs on the front receiver ring. Maybe check it out carefully.

Another lovely collection. I also had a Berdan II, an 1880 Tula if I remember correctly. She was one of the "restored" examples that you hear about with the plug across the chamber. You could see it with light at an angle. Shame as the action, despite the heavy exterior wear, was quite nice.

I have #118 SAT barrelled M91 rifle. Not common, around 200 barrels were produced 1922-24, in Finland.
