Hello. I've received no response from the last couple of emails I sent so I'm hoping to have better luck here.
Regarding order #12053, placed on November 9th. The 870 Tacpac I ordered arrived but was missing the 870 non mim extractor. A note was included saying I was owed one since it was missing. Regardless, when might I expect to have it sent? Thanks.

Still no response from you so:
If this extractor is still not in stock and hasn't been shipped then please send a refund of $27.99 plus tax to my email via EMT. Thanks.


Dec.11 I have sent another email and a message by logging in to your website yesterday. I have also sent a PM this morning.
Still no response. Really, is it that difficult to provide an update? I have had zero communication from you since November 19!

Ok, enough is enough. I have sent multiple emails and messages with NO RESPONSE from you since Nov. 19th, and even that took several emails before you responded.
The extractor missing from the Tacpac was something you never bothered to tell me about when I ordered. I didn't know it wasn't included until the package arrived. Why sell something that's not in stock? And why zero communications? You have a unique way of running a business.
Anyway, you've lost me as a customer for life. Over an extractor? Wow...

Sometimes email is not the best way to deal with certain matters. I'm sure a phone call would have solved your dilemma a lot easier.
 
I have dealt with this company before with terrible customer service. Them selling you something, taking payment, not providing you what you paid for, and then ignoring you is no surprise to me.

My experience was in 2015 when I purchased a magazine spring and follower. I was charged twice (product, taxes,shipping) and given two separate invoices. I emailed, called on the phone,even on there facebook page, trying to cancel the second order. This was clearly a simple double click or some type of mistake, so I reached out to cancel . Nothing. So I got two kits in the mail.

I bought a bunch of 870 parts from them in the summer but when it arrived some of the magpul parts had missing pieces. I emailed multiple times AND called and was never answered. I got fed up and actually contacted magpul and they made it right and sent me replacement parts. Any future business I have will go to other dealers.

I have dealt with them twice, first was a good experience, the second experience is exactly like yours, they sent me the wrong mag extension

I ordered one for my SXP Defender

But it would not thread on

I pulled out all my shotguns and found out it is threaded for a Winchester 1200

I emailed him and he responded once but never again, he told me they dont even stock a mag extension for a SXP let alone a Winchester 1200, I showed him a link from his own Website in my next email along with a copy of my receipt as well.

i sent a few more emails, he never responded, called a few times, left a msg , never responded, I took the loss

This guy has some serious problems with customer service and communication. It has been noted over the years on CGN

Our posts will probably be deleted by the AM

I will never deal with SJ again and I know MANY people that won't either

I feel for you OP this is the kinda business Simon runs

Chalk it up as a loss, I did

I bought a shell lifter for my 870 guess I got lucky - will not buy from them again since good chance i will get scrwed
 
I dealt with Simon many many times over last 10 or so years, sadly I have to agree, SJ costumer service is not what it used to be. Primarily, emails are not responded too, turtle slow shipping, wrong shipping parts sent, etc.

Hopefully they will improve after reading all the not so flattery comments.
 
All I will say is that the descriptions on the website may be extremely misleading in terms of condition and quality. Maybe it has something to do with his grammar/language issue which is a whole other thing.
