I ordered plates and carrier with there great black Friday deal. They were extremely friendly on the phone and got it done quick. I received shipping confirmation less than 3 hours later.
I have nothing bad to say about them

Ive seen this goof lip off people who have order issues directly on cgn. Dunno who he thinks he is but I'll never buy from an arrogant entitled business. I feel for you guys that have been boned.

In case you missed it I have left you well deserved negative feedback!

I think it is YOU who missed the whole trader rating thing. Plenty enough bad ratings to make an informed decision. That's what the trader ratings are there for. It applies to both private individuals and dealers.

Choose wisely...

Yup i can confirm this statement as true. A very poor vendor here on CGN.

Lots of people on here suffer from medical issues, from minor to life threatening. My heart conditions dont slow me up much in my commitments.

Then maybe it's time to pack it in, or is this just an excuse not to reply when people get shipped the wrong parts or he doesn't wanna be out the money when people want a refund or warranty a product and he doesn't wanna correct the issue?

Not saying it's an excuse, just bringing it up.

I made an order Nov 10. Never came, no response to email or pm. Dec 10 I email asking for refund. Got reply email saying will refund. Still waiting for refund to show up on CC, i'll give it a few more days then call CC company to claw it back I hope.
They like to sell out of stock items, charge you as soon as order placed. Gotta keep that money flowing I guess.

you gave them a month...10 days is max for me. They said they ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I put my order in last night. if I don't get a tracking by Monday. I am calling my bank, file a fraud and curb stomp their business credit score. DONE problem solved!

did that to Questar and blue-wolf firearms and I will do it to SJ here.

Yup, I asked about 870 parts one time, they gave me a sob story about medical issues, and basically told me to f##k off on the forum.
Note to dealers, customers don't care about medical issues, if you got issues keep em to yourself...everybody has issues, and if I cant do my job because of them, guess what, I ain't going to work.
Would never give these clowns any business.

Why are people so resistant to picking up the f'n phone and calling someone to see what's going on?

Could be many reasons. Maybe he works weird hours and can’t call during business hours. Maybe he lives or works in a place with poor cell coverage and doesn’t have a landline. Maybe he wants a written record of everything. I work in telecommunications and honestly I prefer to have people send me an email if they need something if it’s more than a simple one minute phone conversation.

I think the real question is why do dealers in this day and age feel email is not as equally important as a phone call? Times have changed.

Tough to argue with you there. I did miss it. Completely. While I always check trader ratings for individuals when dealing, I never gave it a thought when dealing with retailers. Lesson learned.

I don't have a landline and live in a remote area with iffy cell service and at times no cell service. So email works best for me, and I do like having written records of transactions. It's just better for my circumstances. If I lose signal while emailing it'll remain as a draft. Much better than getting cut off during a conversation.
