Interesting. I didn't realize that the "i" model had different specs. The regular M&P has a 16" barrel and is chambered in 5.56:

.223 goes in a 5.56 chamber, but not the other way around, correct? Or do I have that backwards?

Firemachine: You don't have it backwards.


As for the stocks, I just purchased one of these and it came with both stocks, with the telescopic installed. It was not dealer installed, it was delivered that way.
