I'd like to try one mostly because the smaller frame would fit my hand better then the N frame guns. I think it's a carry a lot - shoot a little type of gun, particularly with my 325 gr. hand loads, but that shouldn't be all bad. A comment on the grips though, IMHO, a hard grip is less punishing to the hand than a soft grip on a hard bucking handgun. It seems to me that the compression of a soft grip material allows the gun to hit harder. I found the factory SRH grips particularly obnoxious in this respect, compared to the solid wood grips on the Redhawks.
