The "sd" means self-defence. The trigger was deliberately made heavy so it would not be accidently fired when under stress.

A used M& P or the new 2.0 would be a better long term choice.

Would like some insight on this pistol. Anyone have one. Is it worth the money

If you are going to buy one get the trigger and spring kit from APEX like I did mine is up for sale on EE drops the trigger travel by 10% and trigger pull to 2 lbs. shoots just like a Glock
