I havent taken pictures yet, but my Military Enhanced 45 has a fair bit of creep, but breaks cleanly. Its not too far off from a Savage Accutrigger in how you can take it up slowly to the break point.

FF

That's normal for a 1911....creep is ok as long as it breaks clean and light.

How is your trigger out of the box? I want to know if mine was a lemon with poorly fitted trigger components. Finish looks amazing on the ss!

It was ok, but there was a noticeable grit when the trigger broke, took a look and the hammer hooks had a little burr on one side. Stoned it off and now it's 1lb heavier then my Omega, which has the lightest trigger on any 1911 I own.

So I finally got it out shooting today, and I'm pretty impressed, very accurate, right up there with my P220 9mm, literally couldn't miss the steel plates, a 9mm Commander handles wonderful, much better shooting then a full size in my opinion, was able to keep everything on paper in the 6" black circles I was shooting at 25m unsupported. Only thing I may tweek is the extractor as a few rounds bounced off my arm, a little more tension should get them more distance. No failures of any kind, liked my reloads and factory 115gr just the same. Great little guns for the $$, you would be hard pressed to find something better ;)

I'm glad it went well, mine pretty much hits poa. If there's a flyer it's my fault. You get a lot of gun for the money, and I wish SAM made a wider variety of firearms that are available in canada.

I got the Commander Tactical.

Having some Failure to Feed issues. Round doesn't seem to be making its way onto the feed ramp, getting caught just below the feed ramp.

I think it's a break in issue.

Check that an empty case will slide under the extractor and its not binding. Try other mags...1911's are easy enough to sort out.

I've shot the gun. The rounds seem to nose dive into the mag well and not up into the feed ramp. Usually I can just lightly tap the back of the slide and it will go forward into battery. I think it's just a new pistol and needs some rounds down range.

Just finally fitted my ed brown barrel bushing. Took a while but it's very tight, and looks awesome. I hand cut a 45 degree bevel around the bushing for a nicer look, and finished it with 1000 grit paper. The plug is a wilson combat.

Any difference on the targets?
