Phooey to the rain. I went out this afternoon, found where you guys were camped but nobody was near the campsite. I poked around for a little while and shot a few gophers from the fenclines and it started to rain. That big black cloud to the West did not make me feel too comfortable about staying too long in the little Jetta so I bailed. I met a pickup and a tent trailer heading North from the Tompkins Co-op, could have been Andrewe?

I have had enough rain for the whole year. I would have had alot more patience, hung around and at least bs'd for a bit if the rain stayed away. It looks like it must not have rained at all out there earlier in the day, I hope you guys found a giant mound of gophers. I found a gopher with a mysterious hole in it North of where you guys were camped, dunno what could have happened to it.

I will try and get back out there later on in the weekend if I can. Dad is coming in to the city the weekend to help with my garage construction, I imagine he would be pretty choked if I did not hang around and give him a hand.
