Savage 110BA. Your Thoughts & Experiences

Just curious to your outlook on the Savage 110BA 338 Laupa.
Looks like a nice rifle.
What do you guys think?

I own one and feel you get a lot of rifle for your dollar, it's a joy to shoot, is still more accurate than I am and feels well built.

Enough said. Looks cool but I haven't seen too many range reports on them. With that being said, it's a savage and out of the 6 or 7 that I've owned in my time, I've never had one not shoot well.

I just bought a 10 Ba whats the diff between that and the 110BA besides the buttstock?

I have shot sub half MOA with my 110BA. Unfortunately the scope mount became loose and screwed my continued testing. However a new rail and sightron 8-32x56 should aid continued testing.

Anyone else have any reviews on this? I'm thinking of getting one for myself....in 338 Lapua.

I dont think you can do better for the money, especially Cabelas price on it. 20 moa rail, 1.5-6lb trigger, hammer forged barrel, muzzle brake, AI mags, M4 paraphenilia and so on. I love my 10BA

I'm trying to decide between the 110BA and the 10BA. Even at cost 338 is rather expensive.

Rifles are about the same, ammo is huge.

Basically $30 a box for 308 and $80 for 338.

a couple minor diffs:
110BA rail is 20 moa the 10 isnt
long action vs short
Magpul PRS stock on the 110 vs regular M4 w/cheek rest on 10 (solid tho)
#6-48 rail screws on the 10 vs #8-40 screws on the 110
5rd mag on the 110 and 10rd on the 10.

Its a love it or hate it rifle. I love the way it looks and some people say they can't stand it. I think its the coolest looking rifle that also has same or better performance than a custom built $3000 one, which is great for people like me who have no idea how to build one or which components go good with what lol.
