Just do what most of us did, Replace that trigger with a Rifle Basix trigger and never look back...
I just placed an order with WGP's and was told by them they have a $30 minimum order.
Too bad, I could of got them to toss it on my order and mailed it to you.

There has to be one around.
Yes on a regular Savage trigger the spring is what you say but on the accutrigger it is a coil spring that has small diam. on the ends to fit into the holes on each side of the trigger housing and the centre of the spring has a larger diam. to make friction contact with the safety lever.R204, as you likely recall the safety spring is a narrow flat spring bent simply into a round cornered "V" shape. I'd be highly surprised if you could not make a very useable replacement from a large size hair pin. If you've lost the pieces or the whole spring I'd be willing to photograph mine so you can use it as a pattern.
Another option would be to buy a suitable thickness cabinet scraper from Lee Valley and carefully cut a long strip off one edge and then bend it to the shape.
The stock spring is .035 thick by .125 wide.
