That looks like a Savage Anschutz Match 64. They were imported from Germany from about 1963 - 1970's? perhaps early '80's. You can find the date as a two-digit stamp on the left side of the barrel by the receiver. This example has receiver (receiver-mounted) sights instead of the rear diopter sight that attaches to the dovetails. The latter are available in different levels of quality, but the better ones are superior to the better receiver-mounted sights. This rifle has an adjustable butt pad. It's impossible to tell from the pictures, but it's likely the rifle has an accessory rail under the forearm.
Value of a Savage Anschutz Match 64 depends on condition of bluing, wood, finish, general wear and tear, and the sights, which, depending on the set, can add hundreds to the value of the rifle with sights. Without sights, the value can be north of $500, depending on condition. It is, after all, an Anschutz.
