Maybe Savage has gone woke. Wrong crowd! Haven't seen a indian head on a gun since 2019. Have bought 4 rifles in recent years. I own a Revel DLX and it has no indian head. Last rifle i see it on in my collection is the A17 in 17 hm2.At 1:35 in the video, the Savage Rep states the Classic version of this Revel Rifle will have an Indian Head Logo on the butt-stock.
Well I have seen several guns now, no Indian Head. Anyone else see an Indian Head Logo on their guns?

The deluxe models are only $100.00 USD more expensive than the classic model in the USA.So which stores carries the DLX model now? Can't seem to search any stores having any available now.
And i hope the .17hmr veraion comes out soon too.
I agree the idea of changing the Savage Indian Head Logo was definitely politically motivated.Maybe Savage has gone woke. Wrong crowd! Haven't seen a indian head on a gun since 2019. Actually from my understanding, and as a former platinum Savage Dealer, Savage USA had advised me it was their idea in the United States to change the logo.and it was a kanadian karen that #####ed about the Indian head logo
What are they asking at a Manitoba Cabelas for these Deluxe models?I don't need the threaded barrel of the Dlx. I see Cabelas has them in stock, but at a not particularly attractive price. Should be a sale some time.
Absolutely, the power of the 22 WMR is astonishing ya know!....What is in the dlx butt stock? Cooling vents?
i bought one from SFRC in 22LR. $799.99 + tax. They had 10 when i picked mine up a couple months back. Our dollar sucks right now so it was close enough to MSRP for meI agree the idea of changing the Savage Indian Head Logo was definitely politically motivated.
I like Savage rifles, but prefer the old logo.
Where did you get a Savage Deluxe rifle? What caliber is it? What did you pay? If you don't mind me asking.......![]()

EGW now lists a rail for it on their website, can’t find a Canadian dealer yet. 40$ on the EGW site so probably double hereDrilled and tapped on the top of the receiver.
Which base they use? Who knows at this point!......![]()
Sorry, I can see the confusion stemming from what I wrote, accidentally making it sound like they had the Deluxe. They don't have the Deluxe as far as I can see, only the standard model for $619.99What are they asking at a Manitoba Cabelas for these Deluxe models?
You reckon we can buy it straight from the factory? Do they have any factory outlet stores? The deluxe models are only $100.00 USD more expensive than the classic model in the USA.
Of course, we get screwed here in Canada. The deluxe model is approximately $150.00 CDN more than the classic model.
And here's the kicker, they are made in Lakefield, Ontario, Canada.....![]()
Should be an option left up to the purchaser.I spoke with Savage USA today on the phone. The fellow I spoke with stated the proto-type Savage Revel Classic models that the employees' saw, definitely had the original Savage Indian Head logo on the butt-stock.
