There is no hidden gun grabber agenda here, I was curious as to the process.
Likely had it there illegally. A Special Authority to Possess would be required to move it (which individuals cannot get anymore), and being a verifier gives you as much authority as a bus driver. Just shows the level of non-compliance being practiced by some to enjoy their lawfully owned property.

I see handguns on public non restricted only range all the time, i dont have a problem with that, what i have problem with is the guy who have be trialled for extortion getting his PAL, and later asking me make him a "can" to take care of someone company people who own him 200k which he is not likely to see (he invested 50k in to it and worked with a hammer for the whole summer) and him not be able to send his kid to university. Dont be jealous.

I keep finding HK fired brass at our range. Persons not smart enought to pick it up...

Firearms business licenses can allow for the transport, and use, of prohibited firearms to ranges for the purpose of testing and/or demonstration.

I was making a reference to the news coverage of bill 301 back in '09 was it when the conservatives attempted to changed the wording to the act governing ATTs to 'shall issue' The news was flooded with socialists crying it was the end of the world as it meant there were going to be people running around with "machine guns in our streets"

I can say from personal experience that before the Internet (yep, I'm getting up there in age) my knowledge on most-of the gun laws was very limited (What the hell, barrel lengths?).
It's possible that this guy isn't on top of the current rules and reg's (he might be going on past experience and not reading his ATT documentation)... also possible he doesn't think it's a big deal.
As stated above, could be in the Movie business for all we know, or a fully-licensed shop.
Whatever, I'd definitely have hung around and tried to fire off a few for the experience

None of our business....who knows, it could be someone with some sort of exemption---OR, someone who made a K2 look a like out of something else.

i only read P90Puma's opening post, and got wrong idea of what he was trying to say. "laws are laws as much as they suck we have to be the ones to follow them" - this statement can be argued, i think we all agree. Ya basically, yes i know a person who has violent criminal past, has his firearms license, and asked me to make him a can, i was told its to shoot coyotes. He work construction labour all summer invested money and got screwed big, and decided he would settle it old fashion like back in 90s when Hell angels were really popular, but i think he cooled off as i think as he realised him having 50k less is better then taking chances leaving his 3 kid with out a father. My whole point was as mentioned above dont be your own enemy, don't hurt the guy, he didnt hurt you or babies, and laws and society is not perfect and never will be, but it doesn't mean you shouldn't try to make a world a better place on your-own, and no ratting this guy out doesn't make it a better place. But i again i didn't read all P90Puma's post and i got wrong impression of what he was trying to say, sorry for that. (hope it makes sense)

Kimber used to import and market the Daewoo as a "varmint" gun at one time.
As for it being at the range legally; who knows? We don't have enough information to make a correct observation. Just because you see something unusual doesn't mean it's illegal.
