Does anyone know where I might find warranty info for Swaro? I can't seem to find anything on the website.

I have a pair of EL Range that the build in lens cover broke off.

Contact Swarovski for the warranty representatives number. I think it was Evan Dextraze when I sent my scope in.

He will ask you some questions, then email you a shipping label. You package it up and send it via Fedex.

It takes months to get back but on the bright side you don’t have to pay shipping costs.
 
I dipped my toe on this road earlier this year. I emailed and was told to make a RMA request on their website, which I did. I was expected to pay shipping to them. They could not confirm that the scope's issue would be covered by warranty or the return shipping. Given the risk of a huge repair bill, I decided to live with the issue.

Jay, if you manage to get assurance that they pay shipping both ways and that the item's problem is definitely covered by warranty before shipping, let me know.
 
there is a chance that your binocs will travel to austria. they serviced a very old kahles free of charge. seems they re the opposite of zeiss and sb and believe in their product at least this is my experience.
 
Isn’t he referring to a pair of bino cover and you folks are talking about scope service

it’s 12.50 for a replacement pair. I always keep a spare because it’s going to happen again

So turns out I'm a idiot, I just had to pull out the remaining piece and now I can just replace it with a new cover. Man do I feel stupid.
