For your budget, I would certainly consider a digital combination powder measure/dispenser. I am "old school" thru & thru but one thing I have embraced is the digital dispensers available now. I started with a Lyman DPS11 almost 20 yrs ago and now, after reading & researching everything that fits the description, I now have current Frankfort Arsenal offering.
I bought mine in Sept and it was still under $400 (Amazon) but with current inflation might be a bit more. The F.A. seemed to have the most features i wanted for hundreds less than the RCBS or Hornady brands....so far . after loading hundreds of rifle rounds with it using different powders (course & small stick granules) I am very satisfied with the machine. I wont claim it is perfect ( my write-up & personal opinion is avail in this forum) but it is still "within my 50 yrs of reloading experience the cat meow".
